The north-eastern block of the CCTV site contains a two-story, ring-shaped service building that houses the central energy center, parking for special broadcasting vehicles, and guards’ dormitories. The elevated dormitory ring above E8 Road creates a visual boundary from the ceremonial plaza. Large broadcasting vehicles are stationed in the southern part of the ring, while the northern box-shaped section includes a small vehicle garage, the energy center, and the fire control center.
